Overview

The ALPHA robot by TeknTrash is being developed to sort recyclable materials on conveyor belts within waste processing facilities. It features dual grippers mounted on an adjustable column, supported by a wheeled base for autonomous movement. High-resolution hyperspectral cameras identify items for sorting.
